2 - Characteristics of the goods and services offered

The products and services offered are those which appear in the catalogue published in the site of the Person receiving benefits. The photographs of the catalogue are most faithful possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, in particular with regard to the colors and decorations.

6 - Delivery

The deliveries are made with the address indicated in the purchase order which can be only in the agreed geographical area.

The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser as from the moment when the products left the buildings of the Person receiving benefits. In the event of damage during transport, the justified protest must be formulated near the conveyor within 48 hour as from the delivery.

The delivery periods are those of the mail service or of the conveyor, if those exceed thirty days as from the order, the sale contract could be cancelled and the refunded purchaser.

7 - Time of retractation

The time of retractation is seven working days:

• for the goods, as from the day of their reception by the Purchaser

8 - Guarantees

All the products provided by the salesman profit from the legal guarantee envisaged by articles 1641 and following of the Civil code.

In the event of nonconformity of a market product, it could be turned over to the salesman who will take it again, will exchange it or will refund it.

9 - Methods of return of goods

The goods will have to be turned over in their packing of origin and to be accompanied by all documentation possibly accompanying it.

12 personal Information

In accordance with the law relating to data processing, the files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, information in personal matter relating to the Purchasers could be the subject of an automated treatment.

The Purchasers can be opposed to the disclosure of their co-ordinates by announcing it to the Person receiving benefits. In the same way, the Purchasers have a right of access and of correction of the data with regard to them, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978.

13 - Filing - Proof

The Person receiving benefits will file the purchase orders and the invoices on a reliable and durable support constituting a copy faithful in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil code.

The computerized registers of the Person receiving benefits will be considered by the parts proof of the communications, orders, payments and transactions occurred between the parts.

14 - Payment of the litigations

The present general conditions of sale are subjected to the French Right.

In the event of litigation rising from interpretation, the execution of present, the parts begin to seek a friendly solution.

If such a solution could not succeed, this disagreement will be subjected to exclusive competence with the Courts of Toulouse.
