BULL-ROARER : CHURINGA in Australia, are among the oldest of the world and known instruments universally at the pimitives tribes (Guinea News, Australia, Brésil, North America, South Africa). Equipped with a cord, one makes it turn above his head, which makes vibrate the air and creates one vrombrissement. It is a primitive wind instrument, consisted a wood small plank, bone or of metal in the shape of lancet to the sometimes notched contour whose principal function is related to the ritual ceremonies. Formerly the cord was made hair of women... The BULL-ROARER that we propose to you measure of 33 cm to 40 cm in height approximately. The artist took as a starting point the the art of the aboriginals, each part is single.
